Introducing Quarty: Your Personal Investor Relations Associate

Many protocol teams want to do right by their investors, but lack an understanding of how IR works, what is required, and the resources to do it consistently. As the investor base institutionalises, IR becomes a high-priority necessity.

That's why we're building Quarty: your protocol's IR associate automating manual workflows, helping you run IR more efficiently.

Our aim is to enable teams to focus on the core part of IR: Relationship management and building trust with investors.

Today we're announcing the first version of Quarty, helping you generate institutional-grade, well-researched investor update presentations. Fully integrated with Token Terminal's MCP architecture to surface trustworthy insights from on-chain data, catch trends, and generate high-quality charts.

What Is The Problem?

The number 1 feedback we've heard from protocols over the last 12 months is that most of them want to run IR professionally, but lack the internal resources.

Before we get into the specifics, let's take a step back. The key responsibilities of an IR team are three-fold:

1.Creating investor materials such as quarterly overviews, investor presentations, and answering custom investor requests. This helps investors understand what's going on inside the company, serves as important reference points during due-diligence, and creates ongoing touchpoints.
2.Managing the market narrative, doing strategic planning (what is the story communicated to investors), and responding to messages and other inbound. This is to ensure investors have the same view of the company as the team internally.
3.Communicating with market participants and being a key spokesperson for the company. Active dialogue with market participants helps build relationships with investors, while also serving as a bridge between company leadership and the market allowing for a two way flow of information.

Doing all three well is a heavy lift, which is why most public companies have large internal IR teams.

Yet in crypto, protocols are lucky if they have one dedicated, full-time IR person. For most, IR is simply another thing on a long list of CEO responsibilities. And the challenges that make this so hard fall into three categories: knowledge, time, and trustworthiness.

This is why we're building Quarty, The IR Associate, enabling teams to run IR more efficiently and focus on the core part of IR: relationship management. We're starting with the first point by helping teams create high-quality, well-researched investor presentations with their own branding.

Quarty closely ties together with the existing Quartalyst ecosystem. Our IR Hub has been live since September 2025. Together with our upcoming CRM (launching next week), protocols can manage all communication, information sharing and tracking investors from one place.

Quarty Deck Generator: How Does It Work?

Generating world-class IR materials is a combination of four inputs: context, research, onchain data, and team input. Quarty handles the first three, leaving you with just the strategic context and operational input that only you will know.

Input flow diagram

The reporting deck generator takes your input and context, but also does deep research independently to surface insights from qualitative and quantitative sources (on-chain data). All of this gets combined into a narrative, presentation outline, and slide-by-slide template.

The outcome is a professional, investor-grade presentation in your protocol's branding. Export directly to PDF or continue editing in PPTX. You're still in charge of quality control, verifying numbers, and the final 10%, but can leave the heavy lifting to Quarty.

Manual gruntwork minimised, timelines drastically compressed.

Agent architecture diagram

Specialised agents do the heavy lifting, leaving you the editorial role of a managing director reviewing the work, quality control, and giving input where needed.

While the user-flow is simple, there is a lot going on under the hood to make all of this possible.

The key processes to highlight include:

1.Research: A swarm of specialised research agents dig into relevant news, governance forums, podcasts, and research articles to surface insights. They can also dig deeper into anything you point them to and ask follow-up questions for more context. Once done, the research agents compile the key updates and insights for the period into an easily digestible format for you to review.
2.On-chain data: By leveraging Token Terminal's MCP architecture, the research agents can tap into real-time onchain data alongside their qualitative research. This helps surface additional insights, competitive dynamics, and trends. Alternatively, the data can oppose a takeaway from qualitative research, which triggers followup research.

3.Narrative generation: Based on the research and data analysis, the agents will recommend different narratives to relay to investors. You can either choose to go with a narrative that the agents recommend, or give one yourself.
4.Chart creation: Narrative and data only goes so far, charts tie together the presentation and back up the insights with data. The same MCP connection is used to create charts for the presentation, leveraging Token Terminal's standardised and reliable on-chain data.
5.Presentation outline & content writing: Our specialised writer agents are trained on a series of different IR materials from both traditional finance and crypto protocols. Based on the aggregated insights, they create a presentation outline, design, and slide-by-slide blueprint that is used to create the final presentation.

Ultimately, the deck generator can be used in multiple ways. You can either choose to provide a lot of context upfront to define a direction, or let the agents run independently and suggest narratives that would resonate with investors based on research.

What's The Output?

The investor decks generated by Quarty are based on deep research from both qualitative sources and on-chain data. They include core information including a KPI summary card (quarter/year at a glance), narrative-driven slide headlines, competitive positioning, and a forward-looking roadmap.

Visually the deck is designed to be a professional, investor-grade report that matches your protocol's branding.

Users have the ability to give input throughout the process and edit the deck after its generation within the app.

Once you're happy with the end-result, either export as PDF for immediate sharing or download as PPTX to tweak in PowerPoint/Google Slides.

What's Next?

We believe the deck generator already takes you 90% of the way today, letting you focus on the final 10%. This alone saves days of work.

Further improvements will expand coverage to other IR workflows. Learn more about Quarty the IR associate here and follow for more updates.
